Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter and musician. He was part of One Direction. Born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, in which he started his own musical band with 3 schoolmates, which he called the White Eskimo. After winning the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to an excellent performance, they were also a part of the Battle of Bands in the Battle of Bands 2010. He always showed an interest in music, but he would like to work as an attorney or a physical therapist. He worked in a local bakery part-time to help his family financially. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition where he sang the Stevie Wonder's track Is not She Lovely. The group was then forced to disband due to this. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he be part of a brand new group, One Direction. The other band members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group. They were first formed in 2010. The group performed the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart at the time of the contest. This made them one of the frontrunners to win the contest. However, they finished third, a place behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell did not win the competition. But Cowell offered Harry Styles a 2 million pounds contract with Syco.
